Arrival window
We will arrive within the arrival window for your booking provided that there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. If we’re running late, we’ll shoot you a call.
Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes before 5 p.m. At least 48 hours before service to avoid incurring a $100 cancellation fee.
If you are not happy with your service at all, let us know right away (same day if possible) and we will be back to make it right.
A charge will be processed at the time of booking in order to reserve a spot on the calendar.
