Getting Started

Do you service my area?

We service most of Spokane and surrounding areas. If you are not sure if our cleaning services cover your area please give us a call at (509)701-3536  and we will be happy to look into it for you.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Premier Maid Services Checklist is all about you: your home, your service, your priorities. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, floors and dusting, and on every cleaning; we’ll make sure that those areas shine. The rest of your service is up to you: pick the living areas on which you want us to focus first and we’ll work through all areas of your home according to your priority. We work with our weekly, bi-weekly and monthly clients to ensure that your “trouble spots” are clean.

– Furniture and visible surfaces wiped and dusted
– Floors mopped and/or vacuumed
BATHROOMS
– Showers / bathtubs rinsed and cleaned

– Towels neatly hung and/or straightened

– Trash emptied
KITCHEN / DINING-ROOM

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Premixer Maid Service provides all cleaning supplies with the exception of toilet brushes. If you have materials that you would prefer the cleaners use just let them know and they will gladly use your preferred products. We do not use bleach under any circumstance.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes, if the schedule allows you can always have extra services added at an additional cost.

What is included in the deep cleaning service?

Everything included in the standard check list plus the following

Change out bed sheets
 Ceiling fan blades (hand washed or wiped)
 Light fixtures (hand washed in place, not removed)
 Blinds and shutters (vacuumed or dusted or wiped) mini-blinds dusted only
 Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
 Extensive dusting including baseboards, nick-knacks, ceiling fans, high shelves, and door
frames
 Lamps and lampshades (dusted or vacuumed with attachment)
 Pictures Frames (hand wiped)
 Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)
 All cabinet fronts (washed)
 All doors (washed)
 Tub/shower and tiles (double scrubbed if build up)
 Wall Tile Cleaned (kitchen/Bath)

Note:
* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with an extension duster. * We cannot move furniture weighing over 50lbs, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.
* Many homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
* Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
* Art Work in Frames not covered by glass are dusted only (frame only not art)
We cannot guarantee the results of mini blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require special cleaning. Also due to the fragile design of mini blinds, they are easily bent or damaged and the draw strings can become non-functional, easily especially with age.

How do I change my address?

You are able to change your address by logging into your customer portal (sign in button found at the bottom of our website) or simply giving us a call at (509)701-3536.

You are able to change your credit card information in your customer portal or by simply giving us a call at (509)701-3536.

How do I book my first appointment?

Booking your first appointment is simple. Simply visit our website www.maidinspokane.com and go to our “booking page”. There will be a simple form that in most cases can be filled out in under 60 seconds. If you need any help or simply prefer to book over the phone we can be reached at (509) 701-3536

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

We take many steps to ensure that your home and valuables are safe. Our 3 tier interview system is the first step in finding the best cleaners that share our common core values of Trust, Hardworking, and Big Fun. Next our training process is put into place that stresses not just proper cleaning techniques but also respect for our clients property. Finally we are licensed, insured, bonded and happy customers are our top priority.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes. Currently we are the only cleaning service in Spokane that has been invited to take part in Amazon services and background checks for all employees are mandatory.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We don’t want satisfied customers, we want ecstatic customers. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with our work please do not hesitate to give us a call. We will happily have a team to come out and make you happy. Our job isn’t complete until you are 100% happy.
